1. Requirements for Shuttle Setup 0:00

• You need Authorize.net for charging per seat on a credit card.
• Currently, only Authorize.net is supported; other gateways are in development.

2. Create a Shuttle 0:21

• Name the shuttle (e.g., “Sky Harbor Airport Resort Shuttle”).
• Provide a description for the shuttle.
• Set registration schedule:
  • Start date for bookings.
  • End date (if applicable).
  • Days in advance customers can book.
  • Lockout period before the trip.

3. Customize Shuttle Options 2:30

• Decide if charging per seat.
• Set service fee (e.g., $1 per booking + 2.5% fee).
• Enable automatic refunds if minimum bookings are not met.
• Allow customers to book multiple seats or switch trips.

4. Create Routes 4:50

• Define the route starting from Phoenix airport.
• Set days of operation (e.g., every day).
• Specify departure time and capacity (e.g., 15 passengers).
• Set minimum passengers required for the trip.

5. Add Stops to the Route 6:06

• Add stops (e.g., JW Marriott Camelback) with boarding and departure times.
