This week, we have added CAPTCHA to the Online Reservation System (ORES) in order to help improve security and system performance. Users will be required to complete CAPTCHA before they can submit a quote request or book a reservation.

Improvements
- Added CAPTCHA to the Online Reservation System (ORES) to ensure valid quote submissions or booked reservations
In order to help ensure that any submitted quote or reservation that is booked on the Online Reservation System (ORES) is valid, we have added CAPTCHA to Step 3 of the ORES.
A user of ORES must complete the CAPTCHA before they can submit a quote request or book a reservation. The CAPTCHA appears on Step 3, and after the CAPTCHA is completed, then the button to submit the Quote or Reservation will appear.
