LA Pay Partial Refund Improvement
Previously, when a user would do a partial refund and then try to refund the rest, they would get a error 10 code. This has now been fixed.
Quick Search Within Grid – Dispatch Grid fix
Previously, when putting a filter when searching on the Dispatch Grid and copy or edit a trip present, the filter will still stay there but the Grid will show all trips (regardless of filter). This has been fixed.
Added Geofencing for LA Web
Found under My Office > Company Settings > Company Preferences > Driver Anywhere. This option allows users to set a radius from the PU or DO locations, which will prompt the driver to update their status when entering that radius.
GetVerificationToken page
Users reported that when logging in to LA Web, they would get forwarded to ‘GetVerificationToken’ page. This has been fixed.
FlightAware fix when tracking from Dispatch Grid
As FlightAware is using ICAO code (3 characters) for tracking, and LA passes IATA Airline Code (2 characters), FlightAware was not able to recognize and track the flight. This has been fixed.
R&A (Reporting and Analytics) update
Added the following columns under Payment Info:
- Billing Address Line 1
- Billing Address Line 2
- Billing City
- Billing State/Province
- Billing Zip/Postal Code
- Billing Country
Other Fixes
Fixed an issue with All Trips With Itemized Rates showing 0 for all line items with any dates.
Added 835 as Area Code for phone# validation.
