Improvements & Bug Fixes
- New Dispatch: After this update, even if making the “Extra Stops Indicator” column inactive, it will show extra stops on the map.
- Driver Anywhere: We have fixed an issue where, when putting a second Driver on a trip, both drivers would receive two instances of the trip. This will no longer occur, and Drivers will now have only one trip present, without duplicates.
- PWA: We have fixed an issue where reservations made through DMA (Dispatch Mobile App) could not be tracked through PWA (Passenger Web App).
- Driver Anywhere – Partner Notes: Previously, when operators received trips from Partners (Gridd, Boston Coach) with Partner Notes, the drivers would not see the transferred notes in Driver Anywhere. This has been resolved, and Drivers will be able to see Partner Notes within their Driver Anywhere app.
- R&A (Reporting and Analytics): We have fixed an issue with Reporting and Analytics. When running a report that has 2000+ rides, the first page would load normally, but later pages would flicker or flash briefly before loading. This has been fixed.
- Quotes: We have fixed an issue where Quotes in some cases would convert without Credit Cards. This will no longer occur.
- Print View (Custom Invoices): We have fixed an issue where going to Print View custom invoices took noticeably longer than intended to load.
