Configuring TLC Reports

TLC Reports allows you to quickly generate a report each month to send to the NYC TLC Commission and the NY Port Authority for airport trips.


TABLE OF CONTENTS


Setup Company Location Information

  • Navigate to Resources > Locations
  • Click the gear icon next to the Company you wish to edit.
  • Add your Dispatching and Affiliated Base Numbers
  • Click Update Location at the bottom of the page.

Setup Employees

  • Navigate to Resources > Employees
    If you have a long list you can add a filter to just show your Drivers 
  • Choose a Driver from the list by clicking on the gear icon next to their name.
  • Scroll down to the section where you see TLC Drivers License and TLC Drivers License Expiration Date and fill in the information for that drivers
  • Click Update Employee at the bottom of the page.

Setup Vehicles

  • Navigate to Resources > Vehicles
  • Click the Gear icon next to the vehicle you wish to edit.
  • You will need to fill out the following information to include in your reports.
    - License Plate
    - License Plate State
    - Affiliated Base Number
    - TLC License Plate Expiration Date
    - Make sure Include in TLC Report is checked.
